Arianna is an Emergency and Addiction Medicine PA with over 26 years of clinical experience. She works clinically in the Emergency and Addiction Medicine at the VA Northern California Healthcare System, where she leads initiatives to expand buprenorphine access. For more than two decades, Arianna has served rural emergency and addiction medicine in Placerville, California, where she pioneered an innovative and low-barrier system of care to treat substance use disorders. She is co-founder and m-Principal Investigator for both National Bridge and CA Bridge at the Bridge Center.

Arianna is a nationally recognized speaker and advocate for removing barriers to addiction treatment. She serves as President of the California Academy of Physician Associates (CAPA), is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) CE Committee and Presidential Task Force, and board member for the Society of Addiction Medicine Physician Associates (SAMPA), as well as a co-chair of the Certification Committee.

Arianna earned her Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2023 and her Doctor of Medical Science from the University of the Pacific in 2024.
