
Joe Mega, MD, MPH
Joe is a Board-Certified Physician in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. He currently works in Eastern Arizona as an Emergency Physician at the Whiteriver Indian Health Service hospital, serving the White Mountain Apache Tribe. His work there includes running a Bridge clinic that addresses the needs of patients with substance use disorders. Joe has worked with the Bridge program in many settings in the past and is now a clinical implementation leader for the National Bridge Program. He has a medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and received a Master’s in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez, CA.
