Kaia works with the CA Bridge team to manage a variety of projects relating to rapid, low-barrier access to MAT in counties across California. She specializes in public health communication, harm reduction, and healthcare change implementation. Before joining CA Bridge, Kaia worked in capacity building for community-based organizations, managed a luxury sales team, and facilitated school programs at the California Academy of Sciences. This varied professional experience gives her a broad knowledge of interdisciplinary partnerships, persuasive communication, and both formal and informal education. Her passion for Bridge’s mission comes from having struggled with substance use and lack of access to services while growing up in a rural community.
