Kelly Quinley, MD

Kelly Quinley, MD is an emergency physician in California with a focus on expanding healthcare access, promoting evidence-based reproductive care in the ED, and advancing medical education. She is an Implementation Leader with the Access Bridge Program and leads the Training, Education, and Advocacy in Miscarriage Management program. Dr. Quinley serves on the Board of Directors for the California ACEP Chapter and is a member of the American Association of Women Emergency Physicians. She previously served on ACEP’s EM Reproductive Health and Patient Safety Task Force. Dr. Quinley completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania and residency at Highland Hospital in Oakland.
