Kyra Spengler, MPH/MSW, BA

As the National Administrative Coordinator, Kyra provides critical administrative support to multiple national training programs and projects. Kyra was first connected to Bridge through her work at the Oregon Public Health Institute (OPHI) when the organizations partnered to implement the Bridge model in EDs and EMS agencies across Oregon. Having developed a passion for the field of substance use disorder treatment early in her professional career, Kyra was drawn to Bridge’s innovative work, evidence-based practices, and commitment to equity. She helps maintain the partnership between OPHI and Bridge through her continued employment at both organizations. Kyra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Reed College, a Master’s of Public Health, and a Master’s of Social Work from the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health.
